Often, we track the performance of several federal agencies that provide government contracting opportunities for small businesses. One of these agencies is the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). The DOE’s Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) is a division whose goal is to provide maximum acquisition opportunities to small businesses. This site helps to explain, to the business owner, the process of obtaining contracts with the DOE.  It also provides recommendations to establish a competitive advantage in the marketplace that includes doing research, making connections, meeting specific requirements, and obtaining assistance, to name a few.
